From documents to actionable intelligence.
A document management platform fully integrated with AI: capture, OCR, automatic classification, extraction, natural-language search, controlled workflow, audit trail and archival.
What we do
Organisations rarely have a document problem. They have a findability, control and traceability problem that shows up as a document problem, and AI is what finally closes it.
Our document management solutions centralise, organise and secure enterprise documents in a platform integrated with Microsoft 365, with AI-powered classification, extraction and semantic search on top of proper access management and full traceability.
We have deployed this at national scale, digitalising subscriber contracts across an entire commercial agency network, at executive level for the records of a multilateral institution, and as a sovereign on-premises AI platform for legal contract management.
The intelligence layer can run on cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI, or on open-weight models like DeepSeek hosted on your own infrastructure, the platform design does not change, only where inference happens.
Technologies we use
AI built into the platform
Our document management solutions are fully integrated with AI. Classification, extraction, search and review are built on AI from the outset, and you choose where the intelligence runs.
AI capture & classification
OCR on scanned and photographed documents, automatic classification by document type, and extraction of the fields that matter, parties, dates, amounts, obligations, reference numbers.
Natural-language search
Ask a question of the repository instead of guessing keywords. Semantic retrieval finds the relevant contracts, clauses or records and cites the source document and passage.
AI-assisted review
Risk clause detection, inconsistency flagging, comparison between document versions, obligation and deadline extraction, and summaries of what changed, with human validation retained.
Cloud AI, or sovereign on-premises models
The same document platform, two intelligence options. The decision is driven by your regulatory position and whether you have, or plan to have, local infrastructure.
Cloud AI
Azure OpenAI Service and Microsoft AI services, operating on content governed inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. Fastest path to production, no GPU infrastructure to procure or operate, and full integration with Purview retention, sensitivity labels and DLP.
Best when your data classification permits cloud processing and you want capability quickly.
Sovereign on-premises AI
Open-weight models, DeepSeek, Llama, Mistral, served on your own GPU infrastructure, with the vector database, RAG orchestration and APIs inside your network. Neither the documents nor the inference leave your boundary, and the models remain under your control.
Best when you hold legally sensitive, regulatory or classified content, or already operate a local AI farm.
We designed an on-premises AI layer over an existing enterprise document repository for a national telecom operator's legal function, local LLM serving, RAG orchestration, vector indexing and ingestion connectors reading from the existing document management platform, specifically so that contracts and regulatory content stayed within the client's own infrastructure.
How the engagement runs
- 01Capture
Scanning, email ingestion, bulk import from file shares
- 02Understand
OCR, AI classification, metadata extraction
- 03Control
Approval workflows, versioning, access control
- 04Find
Semantic and natural-language search
Where this applies
Contract digitalisation at scale
Subscriber and commercial contracts captured, validated and archived digitally across a distributed agency network, replacing paper handling at the point of sale.
AI-assisted contract review
Automatic detection of risk clauses, inconsistencies and deviations from internal standards, with version comparison and extraction of obligations, renewals and expiry dates.
Executive correspondence and records
Structured handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence for an executive office, with classification, routing, confidentiality controls and full audit trail.
A sovereign AI layer over an enterprise document repository
For a national telecom operator's legal function we designed an on-premises AI platform reading from the existing document repository, ingestion connectors, vector indexing, local LLM serving and RAG orchestration, to support contract drafting, risk review, compliance checking and intelligent search without content leaving the operator's infrastructure.

Before you ask
Not necessarily. In several engagements the AI layer reads from the existing repository through ingestion connectors, indexing content into a vector database while the repository of record stays where it is. We assess which route costs less and risks less in your case.
Yes. Open-weight models such as DeepSeek, Llama or Mistral served on your own GPU infrastructure keep both the documents and the inference inside your network. This is a deployment we have designed for legally sensitive contract content.
Accuracy depends on document variety and the quality of the reference corpus. We validate against a sample set during the assessment phase and design human validation into the workflow wherever a misclassification would have consequences.
No. The AI accelerates review, retrieval and extraction. Approval, legal judgement and final validation remain with your people, with full logging of what the AI proposed and what a human decided.
