Do you only work with Microsoft?
No. Microsoft is our core area of expertise and we resell Microsoft licensing, but we are technology-open and integrate other technologies where they better fit the business problem and target architecture, including open-weight AI models deployed on client infrastructure.
Are you a software company, a consultancy or a managed service provider?
All three. We combine Microsoft platform expertise with software engineering, AI, cybersecurity, managed services and licensing, which is what allows us to take responsibility for a whole problem rather than one layer of it.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes. We complement internal teams through team extension, dedicated teams or full project delivery, depending on what you need.
Where are your teams based and in which time zones do you work?
Tunisia, with an office in France. Tunisia is in Central European Time, giving a full working-day overlap with European and Gulf clients.
What languages do you deliver in?
French, English and Arabic, including Arabic-capable trainers for end-user enablement.
Do you respond to public tenders and RFPs?
Yes, with direct experience of development-bank, ministry and state-operator procurement processes. Use the RFP contact route and we will confirm receipt with the administrative documents you need.
Can you provide client references?
Yes. We describe references publicly by sector and scale, and provide named references, detailed documentation and referee contacts under NDA or within tender responses where the client has authorised it.
What happens after go-live?
Evolutionary and corrective maintenance under a support contract, with defined response and resolution commitments, patch management, health checks and quarterly service reviews.
