Consultim-IT is a digital services company (ESN) specialised in digital transformation on Microsoft technologies. We accompany organisations across the full transformation lifecycle, from scoping and architecture through implementation and adoption to continuous evolution.

Every consultant here works with AI assistance as part of their daily toolkit: code generation and review, test scaffolding, migration scripting, data analysis and documentation.
In practice, more project hours go into architecture, business logic and the decisions that need human judgement, and fewer into boilerplate. It also means the agent, RAG and MCP patterns we design for clients are patterns we run ourselves first, including fully sovereign, on-premises deployments where a client's data cannot leave their infrastructure.

Each sprint also closes with a retrospective evaluating practices and processes, so delivery keeps improving.
