Telecommunications · National incumbent operator

Digital commerce and self-care for a national telecom operator

ClientThe incumbent telecom operator in its market
ScaleSeveral million fixed and mobile subscribers
ChannelsPublic B2C portal, B2B portal, corporate site, mobile app
StatusIn production; headless commerce platform in delivery
Outcome

Consumer and business customers manage their accounts, pay invoices and subscribe to offers through the operator's own digital channels, with a headless architecture now being introduced so web and mobile commerce experiences can evolve independently of the commerce backend.

View project details
Context

The operator serves several million subscribers across fixed and mobile telephony and plays a central role in national internet penetration. Its public digital channels are the primary self-service route for both consumer and business customers.

Challenge

Customers needed to manage their accounts, consult and pay invoices, track consumption and subscribe to offers online, across consumer and enterprise segments, while the corporate site had to remain a content publishing platform for a national audience. Availability and performance expectations were those of a national operator.

Solution
  • Public B2C self-care platform: account management, consumption tracking, offer and plan subscription, invoice consultation and online bank-card payment, including grouped bill payment
  • Dedicated B2B portal for enterprise customers with their own service and billing journeys
  • Corporate content publishing site for news, offers and institutional communication
  • Consumer Value Management services and targeted offer delivery
  • A centralised microservice API layer serving all channels
  • A new headless e-commerce platform in delivery: a decoupled commerce backend serving web and mobile front ends independently, with API gateway, centralised authentication and container-based deployment
  • Continuous corrective and evolutionary maintenance under SLA

Telecommunications · Nationwide agency network

Digitalising subscriber contracts across a national agency network

ClientThe incumbent telecom operator in its market
ScopeAll commercial agencies, nationwide
CoverageB2B and B2C subscriber contracts
Team6 specialists, 54 staff-months
Outcome

Commercial agencies across the country capture and archive subscriber contracts digitally at the point of sale, with validation workflow, access control and an audit trail that supports regulatory verification, replacing physically dispersed paper handling.

View project details
Context

The operator handles a vast array of documents: customer contracts, service agreements, regulatory documents and internal policies, generated across a distributed network of commercial agencies serving both consumer and business customers.

Challenge

Contract handling at the point of sale was paper-based and physically dispersed across the agency network, making retrieval slow, compliance verification difficult and archival costly. Regulatory obligations required demonstrable traceability over the full document lifecycle.

Solution
  • Enterprise document management and archive solution deployed across the commercial agency network
  • Digitalisation of B2B and B2C subscriber contracts at the point of sale
  • Document capture, upload and organisation, with data extraction and automatic tagging
  • Approval and validation workflows before archival
  • Document retrieval and granular access control by role and agency
  • Version control, collaboration, compliance and audit trail
  • Long-term archival with retention policy

View project details
Context

The bank's executive office handles a continuous flow of correspondence and documents requiring structured routing, confidentiality control and long-term retention under institutional governance standards.

Challenge

Solution
  • Document management and archive solution for the executive cabinet office
  • Structured handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence with classification and routing
  • Confidentiality controls and granular, role-based access management

Telecommunications · Internal platforms

Migrating and maintaining a national operator's intranet estate

ClientThe incumbent telecom operator in its market
MigrationSharePoint 2013 to Subscription Edition
Maintenance24 consecutive months
ModelDedicated support team under SLA
Outcome

The internal platform estate was migrated off an unsupported legacy version and now runs under a continuous support arrangement, with a dedicated team delivering new departmental services through agile iterations.

View project details
Context

The operator ran its internal intranet, extranet and document management estate on a legacy SharePoint on-premises platform, supporting business applications used across the organisation.

Challenge

The legacy platform had to be migrated without interrupting business-critical internal services, while the operator also needed a partner able to guarantee ongoing maintenance and continuous evolution of the portal and its applications.

Solution

  • Migration and remediation of business applications: claims management, HR services, internal marketplace, staff services, SIM services, contract management, e-voucher and inspection mission tracking
  • An internal benefits platform allowing employees to browse, order and pay online for company offers, with administrative approval workflow

Agri-food · North Africa

Collaborative transformation for an agri-food manufacturer

ClientA leading pasta manufacturer, family-owned since 1943
PeriodApproximately 8 months
Team5 specialists, 35 staff-months
Processes6 HR and administrative processes digitalised
Outcome

A secure intranet accessible from any device, with structured document management, faster information retrieval, and an HR team delivering digitalised services instead of manual processing.

View project details
Context

As part of its digital transformation strategy, the group needed to keep employees informed and engaged through a shared, secure place to view and collaborate on content, and to build community and culture across the organisation.

Challenge

Content was dispersed across file shares, on-premises SharePoint and personal machines. The HR team was carrying long manual daily operations and wanted to deliver faster services while focusing on core activities.

Solution

  • An intelligent intranet built on Microsoft 365 services
  • Transformation of legacy SharePoint applications into cloud-ready applications on Power Platform and SPFx
