On-premises AI platform for contract lifecycle management
A sovereign AI platform positioned as an augmented legal assistant: it accelerates contract review, improves consistency across the legal function, surfaces risk earlier and makes the contract estate searchable in natural language, while contracts, models and inference all remain inside the operator's own infrastructure, and legal judgement stays with the lawyers.
View project details
The operator manages a large and growing portfolio of contracts and amendments across consumer, business and wholesale perimeters, with a strong need for centralisation and standardisation. An enterprise document management platform was already in place, covering centralisation, security, traceability, classification, search and secure archival. In parallel, the operator was structuring a local AI farm to address sensitive scenarios such as assisted contract analysis while keeping processing and data in a controlled environment.
Contract drafting, review and compliance checking were slow and inconsistent across a large legal function. AI could accelerate this work substantially, but contracts, regulatory documents and legal content are precisely the material that cannot be sent to public cloud AI services. Data sovereignty was a hard constraint, not a preference.
- An AI layer built on top of the existing document repository rather than replacing it
- Ingestion connectors reading contracts, amendments, internal reference material and regulatory corpora from the existing repository
- OCR, normalisation, segmentation and metadata extraction pipeline feeding a vector database
- Local LLM serving on the operator's own GPU infrastructure, orchestrated under Kubernetes or OpenShift
- RAG orchestration providing contextual retrieval with source citation
- A contractual web portal for drafting, validation workflow, versioning and dashboards, consuming the AI farm through secured APIs behind firewall/WAF and load balancer
- AI capabilities: assisted drafting from dynamic templates, semantic analysis and risk clause detection, compliance checking, version comparison, obligation and deadline extraction, intelligent question-answering and assisted regulatory monitoring
- Governance by design: human-in-the-loop validation, full traceability, explainability through cited extracts, role separation across lawyers, validators, administrators and auditors, and a hybrid AI-plus-business-rules approach
- Security architecture: network isolation, encryption, RBAC, complete interaction logging, local retention of data and models
- A four-phase roadmap: scoping, document foundation, priority AI use cases, then regulatory monitoring and risk mapping
Digital commerce and self-care for a national telecom operator
Consumer and business customers manage their accounts, pay invoices and subscribe to offers through the operator's own digital channels, with a headless architecture now being introduced so web and mobile commerce experiences can evolve independently of the commerce backend.
View project details
The operator serves several million subscribers across fixed and mobile telephony and plays a central role in national internet penetration. Its public digital channels are the primary self-service route for both consumer and business customers.
Customers needed to manage their accounts, consult and pay invoices, track consumption and subscribe to offers online, across consumer and enterprise segments, while the corporate site had to remain a content publishing platform for a national audience. Availability and performance expectations were those of a national operator.
- Public B2C self-care platform: account management, consumption tracking, offer and plan subscription, invoice consultation and online bank-card payment, including grouped bill payment
- Dedicated B2B portal for enterprise customers with their own service and billing journeys
- Corporate content publishing site for news, offers and institutional communication
- Consumer Value Management services and targeted offer delivery
- A centralised microservice API layer serving all channels
- A new headless e-commerce platform in delivery: a decoupled commerce backend serving web and mobile front ends independently, with API gateway, centralised authentication and container-based deployment
- Continuous corrective and evolutionary maintenance under SLA
Digitalising subscriber contracts across a national agency network
Commercial agencies across the country capture and archive subscriber contracts digitally at the point of sale, with validation workflow, access control and an audit trail that supports regulatory verification, replacing physically dispersed paper handling.
View project details
The operator handles a vast array of documents: customer contracts, service agreements, regulatory documents and internal policies, generated across a distributed network of commercial agencies serving both consumer and business customers.
Contract handling at the point of sale was paper-based and physically dispersed across the agency network, making retrieval slow, compliance verification difficult and archival costly. Regulatory obligations required demonstrable traceability over the full document lifecycle.
- Enterprise document management and archive solution deployed across the commercial agency network
- Digitalisation of B2B and B2C subscriber contracts at the point of sale
- Document capture, upload and organisation, with data extraction and automatic tagging
- Approval and validation workflows before archival
- Document retrieval and granular access control by role and agency
- Version control, collaboration, compliance and audit trail
- Long-term archival with retention policy
Executive correspondence and records management for a development bank
The executive office manages correspondence and documents through a single governed platform with classification, controlled access and complete audit traceability, delivered for an institution whose governance and confidentiality standards are among the most demanding in the sector.
View project details
The bank's executive office handles a continuous flow of correspondence and documents requiring structured routing, confidentiality control and long-term retention under institutional governance standards.
Executive-level correspondence and records were managed through processes that made retrieval, traceability and controlled access difficult to guarantee, in an environment where confidentiality and auditability are non-negotiable.
- Document management and archive solution for the executive cabinet office
- Structured handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence with classification and routing
- Confidentiality controls and granular, role-based access management
- Approval and validation workflow with full audit trail
- Search and retrieval across the executive records estate
- Long-term archival aligned to institutional retention requirements
- AI-assisted classification and content understanding
Migrating and maintaining a national operator's intranet estate
The internal platform estate was migrated off an unsupported legacy version and now runs under a continuous support arrangement, with a dedicated team delivering new departmental services through agile iterations.
View project details
The operator ran its internal intranet, extranet and document management estate on a legacy SharePoint on-premises platform, supporting business applications used across the organisation.
The legacy platform had to be migrated without interrupting business-critical internal services, while the operator also needed a partner able to guarantee ongoing maintenance and continuous evolution of the portal and its applications.
- Migration of the legacy SharePoint intranet, extranet and document management estate to SharePoint Subscription Edition
- Migration and remediation of business applications: claims management, HR services, internal marketplace, staff services, SIM services, contract management, e-voucher and inspection mission tracking
- An internal benefits platform allowing employees to browse, order and pay online for company offers, with administrative approval workflow
- An inspection mission tool for planning and tracking internal missions end to end
- A prepaid voucher tool routing code-generation requests through defined approval steps
- A dedicated support team handling tickets under predefined SLA, a dedicated delivery team for new services, and a dedicated SharePoint architect advising the internal team
Collaborative transformation for an agri-food manufacturer
A secure intranet accessible from any device, with structured document management, faster information retrieval, and an HR team delivering digitalised services instead of manual processing.
View project details
As part of its digital transformation strategy, the group needed to keep employees informed and engaged through a shared, secure place to view and collaborate on content, and to build community and culture across the organisation.
Content was dispersed across file shares, on-premises SharePoint and personal machines. The HR team was carrying long manual daily operations and wanted to deliver faster services while focusing on core activities.
- Migration and consolidation of file shares and on-premises SharePoint documents into a centralised document management system on SharePoint Online
- An intelligent intranet built on Microsoft 365 services
- Transformation of legacy SharePoint applications into cloud-ready applications on Power Platform and SPFx
- Six digitalised HR and administration processes (leave requests, hiring, mission orders, document requests, meeting management and overtime approval) connected to the company ERP
- Training for administrators and end users
A modern intranet portal for a German asset manager
A secure single entry point for company information and collaboration, with faster retrieval through portal search, structured document management and stronger governance and security control.
View project details
One of Germany's most successful investment and asset managers, with a record of never posting an annual loss since its foundation, needed to modernise how its employees collaborate and find information.
Employees collaborated tentatively or ineffectively, company news was distributed by email and distribution lists, information and documents were scattered across mailboxes, file shares and personal machines, and staff spent significant time searching for the right document.
- A modern intranet portal on SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, as a single entry point for employees
- Asset storage and sharing with an improved information and document search experience
- Digitalisation of meeting management, daily announcement and asset management processes
- Custom SPFx components for portal-specific functionality
Station and consumption monitoring for a fuel distributor
Centralised station and supplier management with real-time consumption and fuel-card visibility, and interactive dashboards that improved reporting, governance and operational decision-making.
View project details
The company launched a digital transformation initiative to improve management of its service stations, suppliers and fuel consumption monitoring processes.
Station and supplier management was fragmented, and there was no real-time visibility over fuel consumption or prepaid and postpaid fuel card usage across the network.
- A SharePoint-based platform centralising management of service stations and suppliers
- Interactive Power BI dashboards monitoring fuel consumption across stations
- Real-time tracking of prepaid and postpaid fuel card usage
- Operational KPI reporting for management
